Reception / Business Support Assistant (Brisbane)

We are expanding and as we continue to grow, we have a greater need for business support assistance at our head office in Milton.  

 

Duties & Responsibilities

 

We are seeking a person who is reliable, customer focused and self-starting. This role is predominantly data entry based, with general administration duties, providing support to the consulting team and management. The role also sees multiple requests and changing priorities. 

 

We are seeking someone who has attention to detail, a professional and supportive demeanour and is an independent worker. 

 

The successful applicant will be required to answer our phones and ensure that our consultants have all the resources they require. As well as this you will be entering billing time sheets and assisting the Business Support Officer.

 

The role will be permanent part-time and commence at 1 to 2 days per week. Core business hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. The hours/days that the successful applicant will work can be flexible, provided it is within Strive’s core business hours. There is the scope for the hours to increase further over the next 6 to 12 months as the business continues to grow.

 

Experience and Qualifications

 

This role would be well suited to a career administrator/receptionist or a university student, with a background in medical and health offices being advantageous. You should boast excellent customer service values and be willing to learn. Drivers licence is essential. Experience with database applications would be an advantage.
